The Beer festival was a great succes, we had a selection of over 20 Ales, and 6 ciders.

Cardiff band The Superunkowns went down very well indeed, and they were followed by a Karaoke free for all that went on until the early hours.

Danny Skyrme from Talgarth won the arm wrestling competition and £100 !

A new record was set in a different category of the kettlebell, James the pride of Pontypridd did 75 consecutive one arm clean and jerks with the 20kg Kettlebell.

Our very first Beer Festival is taking place on the w/e of August 19-21.

On Saturday the 20th, we have a hog roast, bbq, arm wrestling competition, and live music " The Superunknowns".

On Sunday all beer/cider is £2 per pint ! We have over 20 different beers & ciders available.

Over 20 different ciders and beers, hog roast and bbq plus on the 20th, an arm wrestling competition with £ 100 to the winner , live music Saturday night from The Superunknowns. On Saturday 5 pints plus bbq only £12 !!

We have a new Kettlebell World Champion !

On Saturday 11th June John Hatcher from Guilford lifted the 20kg Kettlebell an astonishing 44 times. This smashes the previous record of 34 lifts.

Anyone who can beat John's record will receive £20.
